Paul Mengert, AMG Executive, Makes HOAs More Responsive

It is clear to anyone who has watched his career that education serves as a major focus for Paul Mengert, AMG (Association Management Group) founder and current CEO. In fact, that may very well be an , is something of an understatement. After all, AMG is a management company that teaches the personnel working at homeowners’ associations how to do their jobs better and more efficiently, and with a more homeowner-oriented focus with a better outcome for they homeowners they serve.

He purposely chose to locate AMG in the Greater Greensboro area, as a way to augment and also support that community. The arrangement has certainly worked out for everyone. In turn, that program is modeled after the MBA program at Harvard Business School, where Paul Mengert is an alumnus. Most of the instructors at AMG want to give back to their community, just as Paul Mengert, AMG founder, does. Paul Mengert was born and raised in Greensboro, he went to the University of North Carolina in Greensboro as an undergrad and he purposely established the AMG headquarters and campus there, to provide his community with a solid economic boost. After deducting expenses, the program has thus far been able to provide more than $350,000 to local non-profits, such as A Child’s Place, Catherine’s House, Buddy Kemp Caring House, and others.
